Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all food sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items once they have been prepared.
2. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please call us as soon as possible.

Cancellations may be accepted only if food preparation has not yet started.

Once we begin preparing your order, we cannot cancel or refund it.
All cancellation decisions are made at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
3. Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders
If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item or a quality concern—please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.
We may offer:

Or another appropriate resolution
We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
4. Allergies & Preferences
Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. We are not liable for reactions caused by uncommunicated allergies or customer preferences.
